TextbookRush buys and sells all kinds of Apple products including iPhones, iPads, and iPods. If you search for a specific model like iPhone 5s 16 GB White AT&T and no results are found, we do not currently have that item in stock and recommend that you check Amazon.com for availability.

TextbookRush sells specific cell phone models from the following carriers:

• AT&T
• Sprint
• T-Mobile
• Verizon

In addition, we also offer certain models of factory unlocked phones. Please be careful when purchasing electronics to make sure you receive the item you need. An item that is locked to a carrier will feature the carriers name right in the title. An example of a phone locked to AT&T is Apple iPhone 5 16GB (Black) - AT&T.

At this time, TextbookRush does not offer any unlocking services for cell phones.

Electronics can be returned for any reason within 30 days of order date for a refund to be issued via the original method of payment. Please contact our Customer Care Department at help@textbookrush.com for return instructions. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Brand new items must still be brand new and in their original packaging. Used items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent.

Any damaged or defective electronic can be returned within 30 days of order date for a refund issued via the original method of payment. Please contact our customer care department for a prepaid mailing label if the item is damaged or defective by emailing help@textbookrush.com or using our online contact form.

Devices may not contain the original accessories. If brand new accessories are not available, a comparable version of headphones, USB cord, and wall adapter will be supplied. We do not ship used headphones.

At this time, we do not offer extended warranties or AppleCare. A no questions asked return policies applies for 30 days from the order date. Please contact our Customer Care Department.
