Marianne M. Jennings is a professor of legal and ethical studies in business in the Department of Supply Chain Management, College of Business, at Arizona State University. She has been named professor of the year in the College of Business three times and received a Burlington Northern teaching excellence award. A consultant to many law firms, businesses, and professional groups, Professor Jennings has worked with the Federal Public Defender and U.S. Attorney in Nevada. She is the author of more than 200 articles in academic, professional, and trade journals as well as six textbooks and monographs in circulation. Her biweekly column for the ARIZONA REPUBLIC is nationally syndicated, and… her work has appeared in the WALL STREET JOURNAL. In addition, Professor Jennings is a legal commentator for National Public Radio. She has conducted more than 500 workshops and seminars in the areas of business, personal and professional ethics, legal ethics, real estate, credit management, legal issues for academic administrators, law for the CPA, and legal and political strategic planning. A member of the State Bar of Arizona, Professor Jennings earned her undergraduate degree in finance and her JD from Brigham Young University.
