Susanne Schmaling is a licensed esthetician, nail technician, licensed esthetic instructor and CEO of the Pacific Institute of Esthetics. She currently teaches advanced seminars for teachers, cosmetologists, massage therapists and business owners. She is also part of the education team for Bioelements professional skincare. Her career includes extensive experience in esthetics & spa therapy as well as technical training development. She also created and operated an award-winning day spa for several years. She has presented seminars at various conferences including the International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Spa Conference in Las Vegas.
