Born and raised in the quiet suburb of Hammonton New Jersey, Dr. Bill Dispoto attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 1983 with a degree in civil engineering. After a brief stint in the military Dr. Bill spent the next 25 years working as a professional consultant to the construction industry and a part-time college professor. He has taught classes in construction scheduling, claims and disputes, public speaking, project management, project administration, organizational behavior, leadership, and ethics. He earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2005 and his PhD in Organizational Management/Leadership from Capella University in 2009 and since 2009… has resided in Buena, New Jersey teaching graduate business classes and writing.
