TextbookRush offers digital study tools: Rush Solutions and Study Briefs. They are available to customers as informational study aids and should not be considered substitutes for assigned coursework, homework, class and lecture requirements, and any related assignments.

In using the products, you specifically agree not to use, claim or submit parts or whole products as your own. We grant you access to the products for personal use only. We reserve the right to terminate access if we see the products for use for commercial usage or mass distribution.

TextbookRush does not guarantee the answers or other study material that appears on the products. You further agree that the products may present information that is incorrect or inconsistent when compared to similar content and products. This includes provided solutions and their methodologies, provided in other materials or instructed by professors/teachers in the field.

TextbookRush licenses the Rush Solutions product. We, the content owners, remain the owners of all Products at all times.

Little Green Apples Publishing licenses the Study Briefs product. They, the content owners, will remain the owners of all Study Briefs products at all times.

Having a TextbookRush.com Customer Account is required to access both Rush Solutions and Study Briefs. As part of our security procedures, you must treat login information as confidential and should not be revealed to anyone else (such as a username and password).

Products may only be downloaded, accessed and used on a computer or other device owned or controlled by you and running the relevant operating system for which the Product concerned was designed. Meaning, you must make sure you have a compatible device which meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to download any Product and to access and use each downloaded Product.

We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain features, parts or content of the products.

Unless you have been issued with a code or special offer, in which case you may redeem that code if valid.

Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card via the checkout page. Payment is accepted by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken, in full, immediately. With both Rush Solutions and Study Briefs, returning either product for a refund is not available.

1. In regards to Rush Solutions specifically, subscriptions are made available: monthly or annual. You will continue to have access for the remainder of the current billing period if you wish to cancel your subscription. In this case, you will not be charged after your current subscription expires.

Both Study Briefs and Rush solutions access will be made available immediately after payment is authorized.

You are not allowed to:

1. Transfer your rights to Rush Solutions or Study Briefs.
2. Rent, lease, load, sell, license, transfer, copy or store access for either Rush Solutions or Study Briefs for anything other than your own personal use.
3. Publically display, republish or reproduce the Rush Solutions or Study Briefs product.
4. Modify the Rush Solutions or Study Briefs product
5. Use the Rush solutions or Study Briefs product in any way that might damage our name or reputation; or for our affiliates.
6. Transmit, distribute, introduce or otherwise make available in any manner through the site or Rush Solutions or Study Briefs product, any computer virus, keyloggers, spyware, worms, trojan horses, timebombs or other malicious or harmful programming.
7. Otherwise, do anything not expressly permitted by these terms and conditions.
