Email Opt-In Contest Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the TextbookRush Email Opt-In Contest (the "Sweepstakes"), an individual must:
- Be a legal resident of the continental United States of America, including the District of Columbia, and at least eighteen years old; and
- not be an employee of TextbookRush.com, including marketplace sellers and any other inventory partners of TextbookRush.com and BookDogBooks LLC ("Sponsor"); and
- be a new subscriber to TextbookRush marketing emails
- “Unsubscribe” will not allow you to re-enter the email promotion.
Participants can only enter once. Limit one entry per person.
Valid name and email address required to be eligible.
How to Enter:
You may enter the Sweepstakes by accessing the entry screen during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The Sweepstakes Entry Period begins 12:00:01 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on the first of each month (the time and date previously set forth is referred to herein as the “Entry Start Date”) and ends 11:59:59 PM EST on the of each month (the time and date previously set forth is referred to herein as the “Entry End Date”).
Grand Prize:
The winner will receive $100 of Store Credit for use on TextbookRush.com (the “Grand Prize”). Total value of the Grand Prize is $100. The Grand Prize will be applied to the TextbookRush customer account of the winner after the winner has been verified by the Sponsor.
No prize substitutions will be allowed unless the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, substitutes any prize or component of a prize with a prize or prize component of equivalent kind or value for any reason whatsoever.
Winner Selection:
Only one Grand Prize winner will be selected per Sweepstakes Entry Period. The winner will be selected by the Sweepstakes judges in a random draw from all eligible entries received, on or shortly after first Monday of each month. The Sweepstakes Entry Period closes with entries received by the Entry End Date.
The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email. Each potential winner’s first name and/or last initial and/or state of residence may be posted on www.textbookrush.com, the TextbookRush.com Facebook page, Twitter page or Instagram account.
